Cauliflower

Cauliflower is one of the most versatile and popular vegetables in the kitchen. This white cabbage with green leaves has a mild flavour and can be prepared in many ways. From cauliflower casseroles to cauliflower rice and cauliflower pizza—the possibilities are endless.

Smart
tips

Store separately

Cauliflower is sensitive to ethylene gas. Don’t store it next to ethylene-producing fruits and vegetables like apples, pears and tomatoes to prevent the florets from yellowing.

Presentation

Present cauliflower heads upright with some leaves around them to highlight the white colour and protect the head.

Growing Method

Our cauliflowers are grown both outdoors and in greenhouses. Outdoor cauliflowers grow in the open air, while greenhouse cultivation takes place under glass. Outdoor growing ensures natural growth and a firm texture, while greenhouse growing protects against weather and guarantees consistent quality. Both methods produce delicious cauliflowers that fit perfectly in a variety of dishes.
