Smart
tips

Care

Courgette flowers are highly delicate. Handle them with great care, as they bruise, tear and spoil very quickly.

Store separately

Courgette flowers are sensitive to ethylene gas. Don’t store them near ethylene-producing produce such as apples, pears and tomatoes, as this can cause them to wilt more quickly.

Presentation

Avoid stacking courgette flowers in boxes to prevent them from being crushed.

Growing Method

Our courgette flowers are grown both outdoors in open fields and in greenhouses, on substrate and in soil. In open-field cultivation, the plants develop naturally, while greenhouse growing allows for better-controlled conditions. This influences the growth and quality of the flowers, so we can always guarantee a fresh, flavourful product.
